Non-violent communication

Non-Violent Communication is much more than a method for communication. It is a concept, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, that helps you to be authentic, connected and compassionate in life. You learn all of this by becoming aware of what is going on inside you and by gaining insight into your own feelings and needs, as well as those of others.

 

Non-Violent Communication helps you to look at difficult situations with clarity and it frees you from the trap of rumination. You will get a grip on your communication patterns and you will learn how to speak honestly and empathically with yourself and with others. You will learn how to take care of your own needs without losing sight of those of others. Non-Violent Communication offers a simple tool with clear starting points that you can always fall back on.

Mieke Wouters offers workshops and trainings on Non-Violent Communication. She has experience in the cultural sector and the (psychiatric) care sector. She also offers team trainings to promote team openness, trust and commitment. Non-Violent Communication helps to address tensions in a safe environment, so that people can work together towards solutions they believe in.
