Many of us are familiar with that feeling of dread when we’re on stage. Also when the stage turns out to be life itself. All of us can have the impression of being in "the spotlight" at some point and feel vulnerable and at a loss to express ourselves. In this sense, stage fright is a metaphor for our - existential - fears in life.

Adrenaline, stress and feelings – unsettling as they may be - are part of life. In fact, they make us live. The truth is: there is nothing to overcome, only to welcome.
Mieke Wouters has written and published a book that helps you do exactly that. It contains a tried and tested method to deal with stage fright effectively. This book teaches you how to:

-
experience and know yourself better;
-
recognize triggers or cues for stage fright;
-
distinguish between feelings and thoughts;
-
get in touch with physical sensations;
-
accept and trust feelings;
-
recognize and acknowledge underlying needs;
-
find sustaining ways to meet your needs.
As yet, the book is only available in Dutch, tough we are planning on an English version in the near future. Are you interested? Click the button below and let us know!
