Basic workshop

"FREE UP & PLAY dealing with stress (on stage)

For singers, musicians, actors, dancers, public speakers…

A 1-day (6hrs) interactive and playful workshop where you will – in the first part – learn how to

​

  • identify feelings and bodily sensations

  • accept and trust them

  • recognize triggers

  • distinguish between observation vs interpretation (between feelings and thoughts)

  • identify needs (which are universal)

  • make and express requests to get those needs met (if needed or desired)

 

In the second part we’ll work on the integration of these elements to connect empathically with the body, to connect vulnerability and strenght, using a simple and highly efficient 4-step plan.

Maximum 8 participants. You can count on a safe, serene setting and caring guidance. ​

 

Currently, no workshops are taking place due to the corona pandemic.
